Joined a graduate program (YLD) for 1.5 years; 1 year in the operations department and a 4-month rotation within different departments (Finance, Supply chain, IT, and Sales). I am responsible for consolidating the KPIs of 4 factories and reporting them to the operations director. I was also assisting the engineering and projects manager in mini projects regarding continuous improvement and building a loss tree for the correctly calculating the efficiencies of the factories.
Make sure all raw materials (plastic and copper wires) are accurate and within the permissible limit.
Reassuring all copper in the wire is centered and the plastic achieve the resistance required.
Joined a graduate program and took soft skills’ courses for one month then started working as a QC engineer in the factory at The New Salheyya. My job was mainly focused on ensuring the vehicles are identical to its specification sent from the planning dept.
