1. Follow up with the team and estimate the budget & the Target for the new financial year. 2. Direct marketing duties including technical presentation for clients, consultants and contractors. 3. Sales duties (generating inquiries, BMS design including Controls, unit distribution, quote, negotiations and follow up to hit the Target . 4. Generate new project leads. 5. Maintain a database of all new and current Project
* Technical/commercial consultations with clients, consultants and contractors. * Manage incoming enquiries from Contractors & end users. * Preparing quotation & design for new projects. * Manage the projects in initial stage & prepare all studies to get the job. * Follow the Technical Approvals with consultants & contractors. * Follow the implementation process with contractor. * Supervise on the installation, wiring and termination process. * System designing of HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing controls systems while studying equipment schedule, schematic diagrams, floor plans, etc. * Reviewing system structure, I/O list and material requirement. * Selections of appropriate Integrated Security (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Fire Alarm, IPTV, LIGHTING CONTROL) systems while studying the BOQ, floor plans, riser diagram, etc. * Preparing appropriate technical & commercial proposal/submittal (which includes BOQ, Input/output point list, control panel summary, valve selection sheet, catalogues, etc.). * HONEYWELL-ALERTON, GENT, FAST, EX-OR
