- Working closely with brand managers and merchandisers to gather all information for the launch of novelties/aging products.
- Owning the end-to-end content creation process for new product launches.
- Partner with the graphic design team to ensure that the packshots are received, prepared, and ready to upload.
- Creating SEO text for pages, categories, and products in English and Arabic after conducting keyword research.
- Handling day-to-day eCommerce operations including creating categories and uploading the assets for new launches, offers, GWP, and online campaigns.
- Conducting regular analysis and reports of website traffic, product performance, and user behavior using Google Analytics, Search Console and SEMrush.
- Checking the quality of the website and creating Jira tickets if any bugs and issues are found and following up with IT until resolution.
- Updating PLPs (Product Listing Pages) and making sure products are correctly classified and merchandised.
- Assisting CRM, Social Media, and Digital Marketing team with any eCommerce needs.
- Translating all website content including product descriptions from English to Arabic, making sure the translations are industry focused.
- Assisted in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various online marketing platforms.
- Conducted market research and tested audience segments as well as keywords over the course of my operations.
- Created reports for the agency's clients on digital ads performance and performed analysis to provide the necessary recommendations based on the findings.
- Oversaw the setup of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring the budget, text, and media were appropriate.
- Handled the accurate translation of content from English to Arabic.
