1. Prepare new budgets and master budget of the organization.
2. advisory for management, operational functions, and Payroll Management.
3. Make sure that the implementations of the organization projects with its work plan are matching the budgets.
4. Prepare the monthly Budget Versus Actual (BVA) reports and distribute them on time.
5. Prepare and analyze financial reports to different donors such as UNICEF, UNHCR, and USAID, .
6. Make sure that all relevant systems and documents to be according to donors & the organization's
financial procedures, reporting requirements.
7. Set up and improved accounting systems and processes to meet business needs and maximize the
effectiveness of operations.
8. Review monthly general ledger closing activities, including preparing reconciliations bank.
9. Primary Focal point for Internal, External, and Donor Audits and coordinate with auditors the tax
declaration report.
