Duties and responsibilities includes the following:
• Extensive experience in managing finishing operations in the construction industry, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and finishes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, optimizing productivity and efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality, ensuring the highest standards are met in every project.
Duties and responsibilities includes the following:
• Assisted the finishing manager in the planning and execution of finishing activities on various construction projects, including residential and commercial buildings.
• Monitored the work of subcontractors and ensured their compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborated with the project team to develop and update project schedules, ensuring timely completion of finishing tasks.
• Conducted regular site inspections to identify and address any quality or safety concerns.
• Assisted in the procurement of finishing materials and managed inventory to ensure availability and minimize waste.
• Coordinated with the project manager to resolve any issues or conflicts that arose during the finishing phase.
• Assisted in the preparation of progress reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.

(4, 000, 000, 000 SAR) Zone A (main Departure and arrival hall) with scope of : Floorings, ceilings, IGPs, counters, AGM works, cladding, doors, lighting, wet areas, lounges, furniture, signages.
Duties & responsibilities includes the following:
• Managing and following up with all subcontractors with related scopes.
• Coordinate between site technical office and site.
• Coordinate with other contractors (MEP, low currant).
• Handing over our scope of work to client and consultant.
• Following up materials submittals and inspections of materials.
• Preparing BOQ of our scope of works.
• Preparing all needed schedules for all work activates.
• Following up shop drawings and final design and details.
• Following all finishing items details, installation and handing over to consultant.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for site progress.
• High experience on all floorings, ceilings, walls, IGPs counters, cladding doors finish types installation.
• Following up all rough finish works (block works, plastering, screed, ceilings subsystems.
• Arrange materials requests with items components and method of statement and ITP, MTS, and MIR.
• Assigned as an Site Engineer.
Duties & responsibilities includes the following:
• Attend weekly coordination meeting for proper coordination and implementation of structural, architectural works executed on the projects.
• Check materials delivery to ensure correct quantity, specification and as per purchase order.
• Super visioning and follow up civil and architecture site works.
