Tasks & Duties including the following:-
•Carryout initial market checking on the selected names matching EIB criteria.
•Managing a portfolio & Generate new business to achieve defined targets in terms of number of customers, volumes and revenue for the segment.
•Visit identified potential customers to discuss their business needs, in order to assess their financing requirements and analyzing their financial position, including identification of related risk and their justification.
•Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places.
•Prepare and present credit applications to the appropriate approval authority as stipulated in credit policy.
•Ensure that documentation related to approve credit facilities is obtained and maintained in accordance with credit policy.
•Ensure the customer inquiries and correspondences are handled in a professional manner.
•Booking assets in accordance with set procedures and guidelines, facility documentation review in coordination with lawyers and completion of the facility booking forms or drawdown approval forms.
•Maintain contact and conduct meetings with customers both in the bank and at customer’s premises.
•Maintain direct contact with service providers and other business groups within the bank.
•Achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix and achieve the budgeted cross sell targets.
•Update & maintain all portfolio MIS (Calls, Prospects, Attritions, Business done, etc.).
