Working as a unit manager/Architect for the solutions unit; the unit contains many products and custom development projects. My responsibilities are:
• Manage the resources and their allocation on the products/projects.
• Acting as architect of the solutions.
• Build and enhance the framework for the products/projects.
• Develop the POC’s to use the latest technologies.
• Reporting directly to the CEO
• Helping in pre-sales activities.
MCI is web application project based on the leading-edge Technologies from Microsoft Corporation. It includes a high availability Internet Portal built over Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS 2007) with a powerful Advanced Search Engine. The solution also includes a custom-built Commercial Registration System. The solution includes a Gateway for GSB Connectivity that will serve the proposed public e-Services and can be leveraged for other services in the future.
PMS web application project where it is a Business Intelligence performance management system that is created to serve Abu Dhabi Government Secretariat Executive Council (ADGSEC). It measures Whole of Government and Entities performance in accordance to pre-defined measures and KPIs. Whole of Government and Entities performance is represented through different dashboards and reports. The solution is developed using visual studio 2008, using SQL server 2008, SQL Analysis Services, SQL Reporting Services and utilizes Microsoft Office Performance Point Server and hosted under Microsoft SharePoint Server.
I am responsible to help leading the .net team. Creating some major components:
1- Workflow framework.
2- Notification service.
3- Exception handling service.
4- Logging handling service.
5- Schedule service.
I traveled many times to Abu Dhabi to deploy the solution and worked with MCS team to get the client acceptance.

My Job responsibilities were to help the customers who have some imaging requirements that are not available in the current version of LEADTOOLS. Also to help those customers who are behind schedule and need to bring an expert.
