 INVOLVE myself in customer follow-up. Supervise the proper use of the Customer Log by each salesperson. Also review the Customer Log for trends that indicate where additional assistance might be needed.
 CONDUCT sales meetings. To review the performance of salespeople and to motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements.
 PERFORM miscellaneous responsibilities. Many miscellaneous duties correspond to the efficient administration of the department.
 Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
 Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
 Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by sales people.
 Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
 Adheres to all company policies, procedures and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
