-Ensure the proper implementation of the functions set in medical policy are performed and adhered to.
-Ensure the medical fitness of all employees; permanent, trainee and task force staff.
-Attend the consultation of patient’s medical problems; perform physical examination, interview and prescribe appropriate treatment.

-Approval and evaluation of sick leave granted by clinics and hospitals.
-Control all documentations such as: IOC, letters to hospitals and medical referral letters.

-Develop and manage a budget, including presenting monthly financial reports to practice staff with the support of administration.

-Inspect facilities and equipment such as emergency management centers and communications equipment in order to determine their operational and functional capabilities in emergency situations.

Work with other members of the Internal Medicine Department team to provide direct medical care to patients. As physicians, one of my primary responsibilities are:
