responsible for profitability in both the new and used vehicle departments and for customer retention. To achieve this, must effectively manage sales personnel, have a strong knowledge of the market, and an in-depth understanding of all sales departments’ financial data as well as strong customer relations skills.

Responsibilities & Duties
 Controlling and managing Inventory transactions: Sales, receiving, transfers between
stores, change of season, change of prices, devolution.
 Monitoring the parts inventory and anticipate future parts needs and facilitate the
processing of emergency orders.
 Provide inputs for annual parts budget by taking into account the units in operation,
future units’ sale, past performance to ensure that the company's objective of growth is in
line with the Market conditions.
 Prepare and obtain agreement from manufacturer (Principal's) annual business plans and
develops strategies to achieve them.
 Develop and implement different marketing activities to ensure business objectives are
met & establish pricing policy so as to be competitive in the market and achieve business
plan targets.
 Maximize the return on Inventory by keeping optimum stocks without affecting
availability & maintain lost Sales report, service Ratio report, stock turn over & monthly
stock reports.
 Monitoring the branch daily operation by checking credit transactions, invoices cashier
report and parts ordering
 Determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer
requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions.
 Boost sales by monitoring marketplace trends and recommending new strategies.
 Calculate the cost of goods sold (COGS), analyzes the figures and approves them.
 Communicate with the suppliers concerning the credit notes related to Return To Vendor
(RTV), damages, Change Of Price (COP), seasonal credit notes.
 Implementation of spare parts sales programmed & campaigns. Generate and maintain monthly base report, Parts sales report by Account/ Franchise/ Department.
 Opening and Closing stock, Parts Department Fill rate report, Stock movement report, Outstanding
Wip, Estimate to follow up and Aged purchased Stock & Parts summary report.
 Documentary procedures and overall organization and presentation of the parts operation in the
region.
 Give Direction & Motivate Field Sales/ Counter Sales/ Customer Care Teams.
 Ensure that the staff is aligned with strategic priorities.
 Inaugurated new branch in Northern Region of Kingdom Taberjel.
 Monitor with all branches of Northern Region branches i.e. Buraidah, Hail, Tabuk, and Taberjel
regarding Quotations/ S.O/ P.O / Invoices and their other requirements’.
