Key Responsibilities  Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through market research.  Meeting and exceeding sales targets.  Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.  Gathering market and customer information.  Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office or entering figures into a computer system.  Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.  Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage up sell and cross-sell.  Highly motivated and ambitious in achieving the company goals.  Meeting daily, weekly and monthly KPI's in order to hit targets provided.  Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing.  Educates clients on brands quality standards and specifications.  Conduct research for market status, prospect customers and new markets penetrations and allocating different sales resources to work on achieving the sales target..
