Technical lead for “Self Service” product. The solution we provide consists of a customizable desktop application, monitoring web portal, KPI dashboards, and reports. The desktop application which is installed on kiosks, has integration with many peripheral devices and is used by the end clients. The web portal is used for monitoring and administration.
•In 2014 when I joined SEDCO we worked on restructuring the solution to make it easier to implement for more customers, and I was in charge of the technical code architecture for this system for both kiosk side and web portal side. I made sure that the system is fully flexible, customizable, maintainable, and easy to deploy.

Working for the main client which is Weight Watchers international company. Weight Watchers has 13 subscriber websites for 13 different countries and still growing. The code we write has to be top quality with localization, flexibility, and maintainability always in mind

•Responsible of putting the solutions architecture, assigning tasks, and after that following up and helping with daily development tasks.
•Daily communication with client through conference calls, emails, and direct contact while visiting New York office.

•Early adopters for ASP MVC, as I was leading the team for upgrading Weight Watchers signup module from old ASP .NET to ASP MVC.
•Worked on establishing a special program to train employees who join us from other departments to get into the development team successfully.
•In a self initiative lead a team of four fresh developers to create an internal web application for food ordering. This has helped as an extensive training for the developers, and the application was also a success and used in the company.
•Held many training sessions for technical subjects as MVC, Entity framework code first, single page applications with knockout.js, design patterns, and other subjects.
