- Carry out all the administrative tasks related to HR department (Attendance, Payroll, work permissions…) for employees.
- Carry out all accounting tasks related to site accounts (salaries, monthly bides site purchases and expenses…).
- Responsible for purchases of raw material, Equipment and tools related to work.
- Coordinate a small presentation for services & engineering department with their achievements, projects in progress, pending, future, training & surveys to be presented monthly to CEO (Chief Executive Officer).
- Arrange with Site Engineers on the kind of materials needed to project & follow up on deliver it to the site.
- Preparing monthly extractor progress with prices and quantities & Preparation of bides, price offers and writing technical offers.

Computers (PC and Laptops), Electronic dictionaries, Digital cameras, Electronic Quran
Studding the strategic rules of human resources department of (organizations behavior and structure, pay roll system (Wages System Management - Labor Market Researches - Wages and salaries - Incentive and bonus - Advantages management - Design a salary structure based on a real case), Personnel (Attendance and leave - Work contracts - Income tax - Overtime - Internal retirement – Work related injuries), Labor law (General concepts - Labor relations - Vocational training - Safety at work place - Occupational health - Labor inspection – Penalties) And Human Resources Planning (Job analysis and description - HR planning - Performance appraisal - Training and development - Functional structure - Recruiting and hiring - HR metrics)
