Monthly Tasks
• Perpetration of monthly financial reports and supporting files
• Running revenue reports followed by P&Ls for all of our network's stations and consolidating the data into regions & Cons.
• Running performance analysis Vs. Budget, Vs. last month and last year -same month- performance, and inquire about substantial variances with the management of each station.
• Doing Performance Reports monthly & YTD on all of our core business.
Quarterly Tasks
• Perpetration to the Qart’s Financial reports to be released on DFM “Dubai Financial Market”.
• Receive and answer to our Auditors Quarterly visits.
• Running asset management reports and CAPEX reports.
• checking the reported balance sheet for each of our stations and consolidating it with the elimination of inter-company accounts.
Yearly Tasks
• Checking the received Business plans with last year figures and reporting variances to both local and regional management.
• Approving new budgets after detailed analysis for all of our network stations and regional offices.
• Closing of the fiscal period.
Job description: Outsourcing collection for eight of our global stations, a service which is provided by the head-office here in Amman, which involves direct communications with each station financial manager as well as regional ones to set monthly and yearly goals, and daily communication with credit managers and accounting managers to assure the collection process is being conducted very transparently. Providing feedback in the form of weekly, Monthly and yearly reports for the management of each station and Headquarters management.
Operational Management
• Setting Schedules and delegating tasks.
• Coordinating with credit managers on the A/R customers the team will be working on.
• Monitoring the team's performance and making sure it is kept to highest standards to meet their performance metrics.
• Assessment of team’s performance through set KPIs.
• Attending weekly and monthly management meeting.
• Taking care of all human resources-related issues within the team.
• Responsible for implementing new procedures.
Team Development
• Closely monitors individual team members to identify and schedule required training.
• Aiming for individual development rather than actual team building because of time and resource constraints.
Achievements worth highlighting:
1- Setting new more complex KPIs, which doubled the productivity of the team.
2- pointing out and help fixing technical reporting issues which change the way reports are done, and records are kept.
