• Project Manager of 8” Flow Lines (No.4) Project - 11 KM, Client: Gulf Keystone Petroleum International Ltd.
• Project Manager of Designing & Construction Chemical warehouses - No (2), Client: ORYX Petroleum.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting to General Authorized Manager for project financial status, & keep controlling, monitoring, forecasting & budgeting of it.
• Planning, tracking & managing the project activities, preparing/ submitting construction projects estimates, directing and evaluating project according to project schedule, specifications, SOW, and any other client special requirements.
• Prepare all documents & reports needed for the projects (weekly/monthly status reports, project budget status, and Cash flow report)
• Following up the contracts with clients & sub-contractors; As well as the standards of construction and payments.
• Coordinating the processes of developing & activating the Quality Management System and Execution of QA/AC activities inside the Company according to ISO 9001:2008 standards.
• Responsible of technical writing of all mandatory procedures for ISO 9001 and related QCP, ITP, Checklist, & Forms.
• Manage & lead Bids team as well review & respond to IITs, PQQs, & RFQs, and preparation of various tenders including technical & commercial offers, planning and quantity estimating in accordance with organizational policies and procedures to meet clients requirements.

• Iraq Container Terminal, Umm Qasr Logistic Center and GTL & BMMI JV/ Senior Residential Camp.
• Infrastructure, Cold Stores, Warehouses, Power Stations, and Storage Yards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning the project, preparing/ submitting construction project budget estimates, directing and evaluating project according to schedule, specifications and budget.
• Actively reviewing and directing the preparation of construction method of statements in conjunction with contractors and sub-contractors, thereby increasing the profitability in the organization.
• Monitoring day to day operations relating to follow up on customer requests and coordinating with clients along with other engineering professionals, sub-contractors and members of the public.
• Participating in project progress meetings; evaluating technical proposals and providing inputs for estimating process of the assigned project.
• Drafting and reviewing contractor technical data and material submittals as well as invoices, RFQs and BOQs, thereby proficiently contributing in project and risk management review.
• Liaising with construction, engineering and operation teams to guarantee project progress in accordance with the approved construction schedule.
• Maintaining/controlling cost, schedule and quality of site activities to run on budget, time and meet agreed customer requirements.
• Conducting regular follow up with contractors and sub-contractors throughout negotiation and tendering award, performance and payments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Creating and maintaining detailed projects records, shop drawings and as-built drawings to ensure compliance with contract drawings and design requirements.
• Taking responsibility with overall goal of taking-over construction works and hand-over to operation for commissioning and start up activities.
• Composing daily, weekly, monthly reports for budget/ project status/ project issues, maintaining regular progress track, thus monitoring and reporting project status to group engineering manager for further decision making.

• 50 Km 10” LNG Pipeline Project.
• High Tension Power Lines & Electrical Substations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instrumental in preparing method of statement, flow charts, work procedures, work instructions, check lists, ITP, QCP, NCRS and method of statement inspection, ascertaining better work flow.
▪ Oversaw the execution of QA/QC activities in addition to sub-contractors works, whilst ensuring strict compliance with approved QCP/ITPs and procedures along with method statements and various other contract documents.
▪ Kept a record of calibration, inspection, testing equipment, accurate procedure developments, edits, reviews and approvals to assure smooth functioning of the operation in an efficient and effective manner.
• Evaluated performance indicators, contributed to the continuous improvement activities and took immediate preventive and corrective measures whenever required, simultaneously applied quality management tools for further efficient outcome/result.
• Ensured latest revision of all contract documents, drawings, specifications, SPs, PRs, ERDs, DEPs and standards which are essential for quality assurance/ control and inspection.
• Managed the preparation of various tenders including technical & commercial offers, planning and quantity estimating in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Streamlined the preparation of various reports and submitted the same to QA/ QC coordinator and technical manager for further corrective measures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualized and designed the project facilities including buildings, pipe racks, flow line, warehouses, accommodation, oil handling, processing, storage and pipeline facilities, facilities, drainage system, roads and streets.
• Arranged contractor’s own activities in line with technical guidelines, applicable standards and specific requirements, whilst ensuring strict adherence to budget.
• Ascertained safety standards on construction site and took requisite corrective measures promptly to facilitate health and safety to all workers in the section for proper functioning.
• Scrutinized the entire construction process for the project in accordance with project and design according to project ITP& QCP standards.
• Updated Construction Manager on the status of the work and enforced project standards in conformance with quality assurance procedures.

• GK3-LOT3 48" LNG Pipeline Project 350 Km, subcontracting with SAIPEM company
Key Responsibilities:
• Managed and oversaw civil works in two cut stations, nine block valve stations and the entire civil works along the 100 Km of pipeline was assigned to ensure that tasks are executed in accordance with set procedures.
• Handled a wide range of activities inclusive of constructing reinforced concrete anchor blocks, foundations and retaining walls, thus ensured procedural adherence.
• Directed the preparation all civil works essential for pipeline construction, electrical, instruments and cathodic protection works to enhance better workflow.
• Conducted regular site inspections and meetings for tracking and controlling project schedule to accomplish project completion within allocated time/budgets. Submitted reports to the Construction Manager and kept clients abreast of project progress.
• Responsible for quantity surveying for all civil works which was allocated by senior management, simultaneously controlled bills, invoices of subcontractors ascertaining better work flow.
