• Assist with the development of the annual budget & variances comparison.
• Monitor the monthly performance to the budget.
• Monitoring the distribution of the companies’ expenses in the concerned BU by specifying the correct account codes number & BU.
• Compute the cost of standardized recipes/menus in a weekly /monthly basis & the quantities required of raw materials in the same period time.
• Compute rooms’ furniture cost as per defined categories & items life. And calculate an approximated cost of camp operation expenses (Waste removal, electricity, diesel, generators, land rent, caravan, water…).
• Assign menu prices to menu items based on their cost, popularity and ultimate profitability.
• Preparing a popularity index of each menu item as per location, nationality of people & standard categories.
• Regular & close coordination with finance, IT and procurement departments.
• Analyze sales & expenses using P&L statement.
• Analyze monthly account receivable (AR) / account payable (AP) statement.
• Ensures paper works is done in a timely and consistent manner.
• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) works start from receiving supplier invoices till the payment progress
• Checking continuation of the combination (Original supplier invoice, original Delivery Note, purchase order “PO” & auditing their relatives amount, quantities, dates and prices
• Preparing, issuing and generating all input\output JDE system transaction (OR, OV, II, IT, SO, S5).
