Reviewing and analyzing data in proposal forms submitted by clients, determining the credit worthiness of the applicant, address and assess the risks involved when insurance coverage is requested.
Preparing reinsurance slip and supporting information to correspond reinsurers for risk placement.
Preparing proposals, quotations, and renewal quotations to clients/reinsurance companies, contact and follow up with them.
Ensuring all received submissions are submitted to the relevant UW for review as per risk analysis procedure.
Responding to all clients inquires services and renew existing insurance portfolio follow up on claims and endorsements.
Preparing policy wordings and schedules to be ready dispatched to clients.
Approaching new potential accounts.
Initial risk assessment and claims estimate.
Other duties as assigned.
