Operational Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate operations for multiple attractions at Expo City Dubai.
Act as lead operational Duty Manager for specific venues, including the role of Incident Fire Commander.
Ensure consistent operations, exceptional service, and adherence to health and safety standards. Support inspections and permits, maintaining relationships with relevant authorities.
Assist in the preparation of venue documents and operational plans.
Collaborate with various functional entities and participate in daily briefings and debriefings. Deliver operational reports to the senior management team.
People Management
Provide visible leadership and effective line management to direct reportees.
Manage visitor interfacing staff, monitor performance, and address key personnel issues. Ensure work force acquires the necessary skills through learning and development programs.
• Supervise day-to-day administrative work to arrange and monitor timely issues, related documentation in order to complete the daily process efficiently.
• Aid, guide and motivate subordinate staff for achieving optimum corporate and personal objectives.
• Handle clients’ expectations.
• overseeing on-time processing financial and non-financial reports including daily, weekly & monthly work reports prepared by subordinate staff in order to report to Head Office.
• Maintain record and submission of offers according to documentation standards.
• Review daily reports including readings and consumption records and submission to Head Office.
• Generate reports and check for accuracy.
• Manage and monitor administration activities.
• Managing client relationship.
• Advising clients in relation to their inquiries.
• Responsible for monitoring daily verification MIS.
• Using a range of office software, conducting spreadsheets, reports and maintain database.
• Managing filing systems.
• Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management to facilitate cross sectional daily operations.
• Recording office expenditure and managing the budget.
• Organizing and leading meetings with the staff.
• Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload, often by hiring temping agencies.
• Managing staff workload and output.
• Promoting staff development and training.
• Implementing and promoting equality and diversity policy.
• Holding meetings with senior management to review company and staff performances.
• Discussing objectives and milestones with higher management on the organization’s policies and strategic
• development.
• Updating & maintaining leave forms, absences and training records of staff.
• Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences. Involvement in social media implementation.
