Conduct daily market visits to maintain, build, and foster strong customer relationships within the region
•Ensure all customers fully aware of our services portfolio and their values
•Provide on-site training to all customers whenever needed
•Plan strategically for the growth of the overall region
•Assign KPI's to each account and monitor the progress
•Qualifying and recruiting of new leads in order to maintain a healthy business growth
•Liaise between customer support team and clinical team as well as finance team to make sure all market requirements are met in a timely manner
