I am working as software engineer with Huawei Jordan in Huawei-Umniah CBS Project. Duties and experience:
- Application maintenance.
- Installing server and client Software, also update new versions and patches released.
- Working on Linux-based servers and implementing operations and changes on servers.
- Working with SQL & Oracle Databases: Query and updating tables
- Dealing with Risks threat our software and Bug fixes
- Responsible for backup server, creating backup plans and polices, customer support
- Investigating Alarms appeared on DV (monitoring tool) and check with TAC support
- Responsible for our system’s software, hardware and storage health check.
- Customer service assurance
- Managing storage and expand space.
Products I worked on: CBS, VDS, DPA, UVC, WFM and Fintech SA.
• IP Network Engineer (Huawei): (24th of May 2021 - 30th of Dec 2021) Training with Huawei Jordan for 6 months in FTTH field. With below topics:
- Zain’s OLT (MA5800) sites Commissioning and installation.
- Passive and active elements of optical network.
Training with Huawei Jordan for 6 months in FTTH field.
