 MAINTAINS RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS BY PROVIDING SUPPORT, INFORMATION, AND GUIDANCE; RESEARCHING
AND RECOMMENDING NEW OPPORTUNITIES; RECOMMENDING PROFIT AND SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS.

 IDENTIFIES SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS OR NEW POSSIBLE SERVICES BY REMAINING CURRENT ON INDUSTRY TRENDS,
MARKET ACTIVITIES, AND COMPETITORS.

 PREPARES REPORTS BY COLLECTING, ANALYZING, AND SUMMARIZING INFORMATION.

 MAINTAINS QUALITY SERVICE BY ESTABLISHING AND ENFORCING ORGANIZATION STANDARDS.

 CONTRIBUTES TO TEAM EFFORT BY ACCOMPLISHING RELATED RESULTS AS NEEDED.

 PERFORM ALL OF THE BASIC DUTIES LIKE DIRECTING PHONE CALLS, FILING AND REPLYING TO FAXES AND ANSWERING MAIL.

 CHECK GUESTS IN AND OUT USING THE PROTEL “CLOUD HOTEL MANAGEMENT”

 ARRANGE TRAVEL FOR GUESTS, ADVISE THEM ON WHERE TO GO, WHAT TO SEE AND WHERE TO EAT.


 LOGGING THE GUESTS DETAILS INTO THE CID SYSTEM AND UPDATING THE SAME FOR EVERY CHECK‐IN AND CHECK‐OUT.

 RETRIEVING REPORTS FROM CID SYSTEM ON DAILY BASIS TO CONFIRM THE INFORMATION LOGGED IS ACCURATE AND
MATCHING THE NUMBER OF ROOMS OCCUPIED WITHOUT ANY DISCREPANCIES TO AVOID ANY PENALTIES THAT MAY
OCCUR TO THE HOTEL
