Develop reports/dashboards utilizing existing reporting tools (Power BI and Excel) and Help Develop in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses to ensure reports meet client needs .
Provide support to the end-user community in the use of business intelligence tools to query databases and files for report outputs
Clearly and precisely communicate business requests to internal technical team in form of technical solutions
• Collect, read, interpret& Analyze data in preparation & generation of statistical and analytical reports.
• Provide a variety of reports to Operations, Administration, and HR department using MS Excel.
• Work closely with management to assure that their reporting needs are satisfied.
• Diagnoses problems, evaluates gaps in information and evaluates the impact of decisions.
• Understands and analyses complex information to guide decision making.
• Responsible for KPI’s and bonus calculations for the staff according to the agreed on attributes.
• Participates in delivering the OMD objectives, daily, weekly, monthly & annually.
• Participate in audits of OMD to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Participate in the implementation of new/revised processes, policies and procedures.
• Issue periodical reports measuring all their account’s attributes, on daily, weekly and monthly levels.
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic media.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity, email clients, DLNA, RAID and more.
• Handling second level technical and billing escalations from Sony retail stores.
• Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
• Offer live assistance for Sony products through the phone and Email for both End Users and Sony Dealers.
• Facilitate and provide a high level of customer service to the satisfaction of our clients’ expectations and meeting department and corporate goals.
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
• Meeting service levels for the queues and delivering the needed reports.
• Offer live assistance to the customers calling this service.
• Facilitate and provide a high level of customer service to the satisfaction of our clients’ expectations and meeting department and corporate goals.
• Own and manage the client relationship: resolving calls efficiently and effectively.
I already Made the Preparation For the G-MAT and Planning to attend the Test in August 2008 insha Allah, G-MAT is the first Step to Get the MBA, so i tried to Get it so i am getting start and prepare myself well to get it soon and this why i am looking for a job support me on my studies.
