• Member of the company's team. Responsible for managing and changing the company’s culture. And formulating its successive strategies, initiatives of organizational development and to develop and support the departments.
• To oversee all functions of the Human Resource department that includes the implementation of policies, programs and practices to support company strategies.
• To provide leadership to the Human Resource Department in areas of recruitment, payroll administration, Employee Relations, training and development, performance management and compensation and benefits.
• To assist other managers regarding to HR matters and ensure all HR practices are in line with the current Labor Law
• To develop department goals and identify new areas of responsibility.
• Creating a clear Organizational Chart for the Group & the Subsidiaries.
• To monitor and control the department budget.
• Conducting Job Analysis & building a reliable Job Descriptions.
• Identifying the Competencies (Core, functional, Personal).
• Building a standard Job Classification, Grading Structure & salary scale.
• Creating the Matrix of authorities.
• Data management, building a master & detailed Database (Employees, Licenses, agencies Contracts, etc.…).
• Implementing Annual Plans (Manpower (Mob / Demob.), Leaves & Training).
• To Create, develop, update and implement HR policies and procedures:

- Compensation & benefits policy.
- Handover policy.
- Visa Management policy.

• Assist other department’s heads to create policies, procedures & forms.
• Reviewing the Legal Aspects in employee’s contracts in coordination with the legal department.
• Improving the Hiring process, sources & hiring cost.
• Improving Orientation / Induction programs.
• Creating Employee handbook.
• Building CV bank (Pool of Talent).
• Following up the employees leaves quota.
• Controlling the cost impact & raising the related reports to the CEO for final decision.

• To maintain good relations with governmental institutions such as the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and the General Directorate of Migration and others.
• To set the strategies for Accommodation Department and to ensure that usage of available resources effectively and at lower costs.
• To set the strategies for Governmental Relations, and follow-up implementation that ensure presenting the effective services for all projects and departments of the company.
