- Creating & maintaining QMS. This function assumes development, maintenance and improvement of the (QA Manual, Functions (Tasks ), procedures SOP’s, Functional Job description, Forms & Templates, References list) for all ZC departments.
- Manage to Certified ZC QMS in the following types: (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001)
- Making sure that all ZC Dept. functions are according to the ISO requirements
- Organizing and conducting quarterly internal audit & observing external audits
- Staff training of the quality assurance management & the AD Award excellence module EFQM (Building the Quality & Excellence Culture).
- Control of Documents
- Coordinate with AD excellence award office
- Build, supervise internal award teams & Build communication channel between different teams
- Gathering, technical reviewing, merging teams submissions
- Prepare the final AD Award submission
- Coordinator with ADSG also leading ZC internal sustainability team
- Coordinator with AD Excellence Award Office.
- Volunteer for Sheikh Khalifa excellence award as a senior assessor.

- Planning the projects in terms of tasks and resources.
- Conducting Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) projects.
- Analyzing, Building & implementing the project Business Model.
