Senior Oracle Applications Specialist \ Business Consultant

Assigned to Abu Dhabi General Head Quarters (GHQ) of Armed Forces Oracle EBS Project with the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the full life cycle of design and testing phases, producing solution designs and leading the client throughout the implementation and support phases;
- Analyze the customer’s business requirements, needs, and objectives and map them to the processes, solutions and modules that are being implemented;
- Analyze and solve complex issues involving both data and processes;
- Responsible for delivering functional consulting and education services at customer site;
- Enhance and update knowledge on domain field practices and related technologies;
- Assist developers in building required packages for loading data and integrating with other applications;
- Assisting developers in building custom reports and custom forms (application extensions);
- Perform various project roles such as project coordination and implementation.

- Suggest and Implement new solutions for any requirement raised by the users or the Management;
- Implement Oracle ERP for the companies within the Group;
- Follow up and manage the Oracle team progress and issues within the Group.
-Managing and supervising the Oracle Applications team;
-Conduct Requirement analysis, Business Process analysis, Gap analyses and Project planning.
-Customer requirements elicitation;
-Responding for presales activities such as bids (RFP's) and Proposals;
-Conduct Business solutions demonstration to customers;
-Implement Oracle ERP (Financials, iExpense, Projects and Supply Chain Modules);
-Provide end-user and super-user training & workshops;
-Clarify the integration rules between Oracle Financial Modules and Other Applications.
-Follow up and manage the Oracle Financials team progress and issues;
-Conduct Requirement analysis, Business Process analysis, Gap analyses, EBS Implementation, Trainings, CRP sessions, Quality Assurance and Support.
-Conduct assessments of applications fit to customer needs;
-Provide full training (End user and Super User training), familization training, workshops and seminars.
-Conduct a full testing cycle for Oracle applications (Quality Assurance);
-Clarify the integration rules between Oracle Financial Modules and Other Applications.
-Conduct Requirement analysis, Business Process analysis, Gap analyses, EBS Implementation, Trainings, CRP sessions, Quality Assurance and Support.

Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Financial Sciences with a major in Accounting
