• Managing sales team to meet and/or exceed the Sales Target of all the stores in the region in order to achieve and/or exceed the Regional Sales Target.
• Managing the Retail Business Operations of the brand throughout the region.
• Controlling and supervising the distribution of merchandise (Stock & Non-Stock) in the region.
• Ensuring the store space is utilized efficiently, store display and visual presentation of the merchandise is aesthetically appealing and according to the Brand Standards.
• Ensuring New Season Launches, Promotions and Seasonal Sales are planned, executed and managed promptly, efficiently and professionally in all the stores in the region.
• Liaising with store managers and checking all the stores individually to ensure they are meeting customer requirements/expectations, company’s SOPs and state laws.
• Providing detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly progress reports to the headquarters and share the required information with all the stores in the region.
• Conducting business assessment of the stores to determine the revenue generated per square meter for each store and allocating the budgets accordingly.
• Annual Budget and P&L Forecasting of the assigned region.
• Collaborating with Planning & Merchandising Dept. and Senior Management in order to establish regional budget and set Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales Targets for each store in the region.
• Managing P&L Account of the assigned region in order to achieve Top Line & Bottom Line.
• Promoting open & easy vertical communication throughout the organization, encouraging new ideas and motivating the sales team.
• Maximizing Saudization through effective recruitment and training of competent staff and their Periodic Evaluation based on their performance.
• Guiding and counseling of regional sales team and managing their Incentives, Leaves, Overtime and other HR related issues.
• Developing short and long term strategies for business development.
• Execution of business expansion plans through strategic decision.
• Find and select new locations for the stores according to the expansion plan.
• Managing and Supervising new store Locations with the Projects Dept. to ensure a successful launch within the agreed timeline.

• Launched 2 new stores in Central Region in the year 2018 alone. The first one is a flagship store with the area of +800 sqm and the other one being the second biggest store in Central Region with the area of +500 sqm.
• Increased the regional sales during the 1st year of employment by 20.1 % (SR. 12.1 Million from SR. 60, 306, 496/- to SR. 72, 411, 050/-).
• Increased the regional sales during the 2nd year of employment by 23.2% (SR. 16.8 Million from SR. 72, 411, 050/- to SR. 89, 249, 235/-).
• Responsible for Maximize sales and profitability of the Brand in the region.
• Manage the operations of the brand in the Region.
• Achieve quantitative measures of performance in the following areas: ATV (Average Transaction Value), UPT (Units Per Transaction), SVT (Sales V Target), LFL (Like for Like), Sales Per Square Feet, Increase in Conversion Percentage.
• Oversea the implementation and execution of the Brand's Visual Merchandising Guidelines in all the stores at all times.
• Ensure all store sales, promotions are planned effectively, executed promptly and maintained professionally.
• To Ensure effective Stock and Space Management.
• To review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action.
• Take strategic decisions to support the negative LFL stores.
• Adhere and enforce Company CSS (Customer Service Standards) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in all the stores across the region.
• Preparation and Successful launch of new stores in the region.
• Ensure all the stores are in compliance with the company policy on Employment and State Laws, and Safety Standards.
• Ensure all the stores portrays the company image in all aspects of personal presentation and adheres to the company dress code as laid out by the Company.
• To Provide monthly feedback on competitors and event activities to the Senior Brand Manager.
• Communicate business drivers, merchandise and quality issues, and other related information to the Senior Brand Manager, Retail Buying Team and Business Unit Manager as required.
• Ensure Staff Meetings are scheduled and conducted on a regular basis.
• Maximize the Saudaization to the required level whilst completing the staffing in the region.
• Responsible for assessing additional training needs for optimal performance within the store.
• Evaluate the performance of the employees annually and promote open lines of communication through Coaching and Motivation.
• Manage the correspondence between the Company and the Client.
• Handle all the issues and enquiries of Government Organizations.
• Provide data and reports to the Higher Management.
• Identify and assist Operations Manager in creating a solution for key operational issues.
• Be involved with the implementation of client contracts to ensure that commitments are realistic and achievable.
• Oversee the proper execution of contracts with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to ensure they
are consistently met or exceeded.
• Resolve specific client challenges that arise so that workflow is quickly restored and client relationships are maintained.
• Direction, coordination, and evaluation of inside sales and operations teams within the business segment.
• Implement objectives in accordance with the organization's policies and local applicable laws.
• Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Meet dealership’s Sales, Marketing and Operations Management regarding new campaigns and promotions.
• Build relationship with new Dealerships and Car Exhibitions.
• Responsible to approve the price quotation and incentives of Dealerships and Car Exhibitions.
• Visit Dealerships and Car Exhibitions to find if there is any issue to bring to Higher Management's notice to solve.
• Ensure that all associates are well informed of BANK’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure that every sales staff has full product knowledge and good command on RIYAD BANK's Auto Leasing software.
• Train all the sales staff with their PRE and POST Assessments.
• Schedule training sessions for all the regions.
• Appraisals regarding the performance of the sales staff.
• Achieve the Sales Target of the area under supervision.
• Increase the conversion rate of approvals into Sales Contracts up to 65%.
• Increase foot fall and the sale of RIYAD BANK Auto Leasing Showroom.
• Schedule with Dealerships to display their vehicles in RIYAD BANK Auto Leasing Showroom.
• Help the Sales Team to track the missing opportunities and convert them into Sales Contracts.
• Distribute the given Sales Target among the sales team according to their work location.
• Break down Monthly Sales Target into weeks and days to make it easy for the Sales Team to achieve.
• Arrange with the Operations Department to provide full support to the Sales Staff on their work location to help them in achieving their Sales Target.
• Hiring and allocation of the Sales Staff.
• Solve all the HR issues and authority to approve any kind of Leave for the staff under supervision.

• Increase the customer conversion rate up to 70%.
• Deduce the shrinkage level down to 0.50%.
• Ensure that every associate is well informed on all the routines in a timely and accurate manner and acknowledged of the company policies & procedures.
• Train and develop associates with the Management Team.

• Work with the Sales Manager to formulate clear and challenging goals for the staff and follow up on them.

• Complete and follows up on all paperwork and routines connected to staff Payroll, Bonus, Leave, Disciplinary Warning and other employee issues.
• Prepare Reports and conduct Sales Meeting in the absence of Sales Manager.
• Ensure all the paperwork connected to Merchandise Related Routines is completed including Transfers, Reductions and Damages.
• Plan marketing events and meetings according to the instructions of the Marketing Manager.
• Assist the Marketing Manager to maintain the calendar of marketing events.
• Assist the Marketing Manager to maintain the commercial calendar.
• Provide the Marketing Manager monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually sales reports.
• Provide Administrative support to the Marketing Manager for the budgeting.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in the launching campaigns of the new Products.
• Come up with the new ideas and setup new promotions to help the Marketing Manager to bring up the sales.
• Attend the marketing events and conduct the meetings in the absence of the Marketing Manager.
• Ordering and Maintenance of promotional and marketing literature and materials.
• Arrange and attend Introductory Meetings in the Government Sector as well as in the Royal Sector.
