• Managing Marine, Inland and land Transit Claims.
• Ensuring appropriate controls are maintained.
• Performing of administration and control functions related to review and settlements of claims.
• Identifying and resolving issues relating to marine/inland transit claims.
• Interacting with IT, legal, recovery agents, Loss adjusters, Clients...Etc.
• Ensuring claims procedures are improved and activities are undertaking on time.
• Manage marine cargo/inland transit claims processing including assessment, approval, follow-up and settlement of claims ensuring prudent claims handling and adherence to claims procedures.
• Monitor loss ratio and control claims expense to upload the profitability of the portfolio.
• Allocate and monitor processing authorities and manage, support and assess the performance of claim assistants.
• Maintain scrutiny of claims to secure claims validity through implementation of Marine cargo/inland transit insurance policy terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with Underwriters and reinsurers, And others as needed
• Responsible for all the technical issues regarding insurance coverage advised to the client.
• Revising the insurance quotations provided by the insurance companies.
• Recommending the best quotation and best company to the client.
• Contacting with R/I brokers.
• Directing and managing all medical insurance policies that is issued through ALTAYYAR Insurance Brokerage (Adding, Deleting And Following up their claims” i.e.
o “ALTAYYAR Group (about 2000 employee) all over KSA
o “DALLAH Hospital” (about 3000 employee) all over KSA
o “Saudi Airlines” (about 3500 employee) all over KSA

SUPERVISING AND CONTROLING CARGO/INLAND TRANSIT CLAIMS:
• Auditing claim settlement memos before authentication.
• Surveying and preparing joint survey reports.
• Auditing and confirming the claims paid Boudreaux with the financial dept.
• Preparing quarter Boudreaux (outstanding and paid claims sheets).
• Ensuring recovery actions are in place.
• Preparing settlements memos for authentication.
• Settling Claims according to policy terms and condition.
• Ensuring claims documents are complete and correct.
• Arrange for surveying.
• Back office, handling all customers’ inquiries (over the phone).
• Front counter.
• Opening claims (marine cargo/inland) files.
• Receiving claim notices.
• Underwrites marine cargo and inland transit policies.
• Handle all the administrative work.
