• Support the departments setup strategies, budget and process in accordance to the company plan & strategies to ensure meet goals.
• Responsible for day-to-day planning and execution of the high-level strategies of the admin department, plan and develop new strategies within the department and oversee.
• Establish, organize and supervise the company records to ensure HRMS to be updated.
• Manages and oversees all aspects of administration Dept. & camps within UAE H.O & branches.
• oversees all aspects of government relations including visa and labour contract formalities with knowledge of labour law.
• Analyses financial cost reports, implement plan & strategies for cost reductions within camps & Admin department.
• oversees and work closely with camps team to prepare studies reports, analysis, implement creative plans to control and reduce cost.
• Upgrading and optimizing company category through studying all relevant factors and cost impact.
• Coordinating with Higher Management & Labour Agents to organize the Number of Labours needed according to Projects scale and demand.
• Preparing & process of P.O.A for the company & Sr. Managements.
• Highly coordinate & strong relation with all governments entities.
• Maintain good internal communication within the company.
• Setup department strategies for budget and process in accordance to company plan & strategies to ensure meet company & the annul KPI.
• set the department budget & cost analysis, propose cost reduction options & scenarios.
• Set automated work process plan for the department, tarin the team for implementation & follow up with plan quality check & reduce work process time.
• Work closely with higher management on centralization plans to benefit all group of companies from the shared services with lowest cost. i.e. (Camps, visas process, insurance).
• Coordinate & work with cost control & procurement departments for projects needs & labour requirements based on project histogram.
• Recruit manpower (labour) from overseas and local suppliers, negotiating prices, drafting Agreements, and agreement legalization.
• Advise the management on the updated on legalities, policies, procedures, mediation, disputes solutions & regulation.
• Highly knowledge & working closely with legal department in preparing & processing of P.O.A, MOA, AOA or any legal labor cases.
• Oversee and work closely with camps team to prepare studies reports, analysis, implement creative plans to control and reduce cost.
• Lead development strategy, and department organization restructure implementation.

• Initiate Groups consolidating studies and plan, cost analysis and merging strategies and scenarios.
• Upgrading and optimizing company category through studying all relevant factors and cost impact.
• Manage all aspects of group fleet vehicles, oversees pension fund (Abu Dhabi - Dubai) and all aspects related to visas and government relations (labor cards, work permits, trade licenses, classification certificates, etc.).
• Manages relations with several clients and suppliers, oversees all ticket and hotel bookings including facilitation of staff repatriations.
• Prepare monthly report for all company utilities expense such as (DEWA, FEWA, Etisalat, Du, ADDC, etc.).
• oversees and manages all documents, reports, maintains all group records, and oversees all group offices and facilities
• maintain petty cash and online accounts.

• Handle all process of the new joiner on the company (document related & visa process, insurance, dependence process).

• Prepare reports on weekly basis for the management related of total employees, nationality percentage.
• Keep tracking MOHRE system of the company percentage to avoid company downgrading & extra cost or system block.

• Maintain master sheet record of total employees in the company on both sponsorship (Abu Dhabi, Dubai) & tracking the expiry date of the visa & work permit.
• Reconcile HR record with all of (MOHRE & Immigration) and implement a new recording system to reduce the cost and avoiding losses.
• Resolving issues & compliance related to labor camp & projects.
• Tracking & knowledge about renewal process of all company license & registration (DUBAI trade license, Abu Dhabi trade license, Civil defence, DEWA, RTA, ADDC, DM, society of engineering)
• Strong awareness of labor law and coordinating with all of (immigration, MOHRE, DHA, EID, Est…)
• Work closely with legal department & P.R.O for any case issues.
• Prepare reports & budgets for management & accounts department regarding visa renewal & others cost.
• Coordinate & participate on behalf of the company on UAE national recruitment job fares (MOHRE government acceleration 2017-2018)
• Coordinating with Higher Management & Labor Agents to organize the Number of Labors needed according to Projects scale and demand.
• Knowledge about preparing & process of P.O.A for Sr. Managements & BOD level.
• Authorized signatory on behalf of the company in all of (MOHRE, Immigration & police).
• Managing Company events & activities.
• Handling and managing Security guards, office drivers, office boys and janitors.
• Handling Office resourcing of Pantry and Stationary items.
