OMX, is belong to Alzubair group in Muscat antd it is one of the leading companies in GCC in the field of design,
build and manufacture a communications equipment such like VOIP PBX, IP phone and different type of voice
gateways, as R&D manager and scrum master for the teams on OMX my rules was to understand stakeholders
and customers’ needs and translate this to a user story and found the best solutions to use, educate and lead
the OMX teams in agile way using scrum to build in a series of iterations a mature rich Voip pbx based on
different technologies like Asterisk, postfix, hylafax, apache, php, mariadb, sqlite, python, corosync, pacemaker
and other to support SIP, Cisco SCCP, UNISTIM and analog end point, the product which release first version
after 18 months implements on more than 45 companies and ministers some of them is :

At 2019 I am proude that accomplish ed and I design, program and implement first smart IoT mosque system including embedded electronics devices and software for 300 mosques, 2 are implemented.
