As the main member of Levant AV team, the main role is to develop division’s main objectives, plan and budget, by manage the full team (Sales, Marketing, PM, SCM, Training, Channels) over Levant in order to achieve the company’s goals/objectives, department sales targets and main KPIs.
•
Managed the AV team which included, but not limited to, staffing/retention, team development, performance, KPI’s, and MBO management
Maintaining & developing the business with clear objective of achieving the company's sales targets in AV Division.
Independent dealer channel management, channel development, channel (In-store) marketing, distributor management, Co-Op marketing implementation, Sell-In/Sell-through/Sell-out programs, structured communication to distributors, target setting and achievement, market share achievement, coordination with HQ.
Implementing the Mid to Long term business objectives/Goals.
Build yearly business plans & strategy for Levant AV Department.
Marketing budget management, planning, and evaluate. Products & market wise covering ATL & BTL activities.
Establish assortment and product price positioning in-line with the company's marketing policy and according to the local market expectations.
Prepare new product launches
Manage the sales forecasting & SCM.
Manage total department P&L.

Main Duties:
Supervise field sales in Levant in order to ensure better channel management and consequently improve sell in, sell thru, and sell-out, as well as business development.
- Maintaining & developing the business with clear objective of achieving the company’s sales targets in AV Division.
