- Ascertain that all ground facilities required for the flights are adequate for the type of operation.
- Determine the conditions of the airport are appropriate.
- Obtain weather forecasts and weather reports at destination and intermediate airports.
- Obtain regular NOTAMs summary and brief crew accordingly.
- Provide effective communication with flight crew and maintenance.
- Plan minimum flight altitudes within the limits set forth by CARC
- Prepare the flight plan in conjunction with published aeronautical data.
- Prepare an alternate flight route for emergency cases.

- Familiarize with current information concerning significant field conditions, route restrictions, irregularities of navigation aids, and changes in operational procedures.
- Report to Director of Dispatch or his/her Deputy when a flight has been dispatched.
- Maintain a current record of activities in a restricted area.
- Send movement messages departure/arrival to all concerned via SITA, Email, and Mobile SMS MSG

Evaluating and coordinating the training materials that prepared from the trainers to match it
with training courses aims
- Suggesting the new topics of training to the company's plan and developing effective induction
programs
- Monitoring training courses held by the company directly from the training hall.
- Operating the registration process of trainees, answering their enquires and receiving their
complaints
- Coordinating with trainers about the contents of courses and discuss with them about the
outlines and contents accordance with the needs of companies
- Following up the trainers to provide me with the final contents
