Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; reviews and prepares reports and correspondence; participates in special department projects.
Cost of vehicle maintenance will be minimized through preventive maintenance, cost monitoring, routine inspection and implementing safe driving practices of the subordinates.
Maximum utilization of fleet through maintaining minimum down time due to vehicle breakdown.
Effective utilization of husk transportation trucks.
Minimize down time, lost time injuries and cost due to vehicle accidents through monitoring and improving defensive driving practices of drivers and operators.
Submit vehicle running records, fuel bills, attendance data and other records to transport department and payroll department before the deadline.
100% regulatory compliance to company policies and procedures by transport department staff in eastern region including statutory renewals and certificates.
Minimize labour cost by managing overtime, subsistence payments through proper planning and coordination of trips, preparing, updating and monitoring driver rosters and managing leave of the transport staff.
Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of Business operational activities.
Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectation and company goals.
Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operation delivery.
Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Making daily, weekly, monthly & yearly Dispatch report.
Preparing Trucks availability Forecast.
Coordinating with Hadeed and Sub contractors for daily Dispatch program.
Arranging trucks with quota system as per the daily requirement to handle Long & Flat products.
Keep trucks for the overseas export & GCC countries dispatch and arranging necessary documents.
Attending customer’s complaints for the late delivery and wrong delivery.
Arranging "Goods returns notes" for the accident material or Reject material by the customer.
Executing the job, training the new employees.
Implementing safety procedures as per Hadeed standard for safe Hauling of material.
Documentation control and Billing.
Maintaining day to day progress and innovating new ideas to speed up the daily routine job.
Controlling the fleet of trucks sits manning and break downs.
