Job Description:
- Managed Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
- Review the Drawings, Specifications, and tender Documents as they are being prepared, recommending alternative solutions whenever design details affect construction feasibility or schedules. - Prepare and update Project plan and time schedule. - Issue communication forms and progress reports for site reporting.
- Manage shop drawings submittal and approval.
- Follow up for material approval from consultant.
- Order the Projects material, equipment, tools, consumables.
- Direct and manage project execution

- Manage, Monitor and Control Project execution plan, Progress reports, communication plan with reference to projects time schedule and milestone.
- Prepare, Monitor and Control project costing reports.
- Attend progress meeting at which trade Contractors, Architect/Engineer can discuss jointly such matters as procedures, progress, problems and scheduling.
- Coordinate and attend value engineering workshops and insure where possible it have been conducted during the stages of design and construction to isolate high cost areas without sacrificing the quality of design intent.
- Preparing progress charts & to head office for submitting running bills for project.
- Handling of claim verification, negotiation and approval of payments.
- Prepare applications for extensions of time with input from Operation Manager.
