Currently reporting directly to the GM, Senior VP Corporate and the CEO. Responsible for Impact Planning and Learning (IPL) and Succession Planning SP implementation and evaluation. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Developing annual SP for Leadership Development BU.
• Managing and coaching a team of 10 professionals and ensuring 100% employees engagement.
• Responsible for the implementation and deliver of Impact Plan and Learning (IPL).
• Create genuine content with the use latest Multi Media tools and ensuring the highest level of employee engagement.
• A Leadership/training consultant to MNC.
• Responsible for continuous development of management Trainees by the use of multimedia, workshops and coaching.
• Avid supporter of Experiential Learning in the work field.
