• Submitting daily reports to the facilities manager stating the pending, delayed, and finalized works in the site.
• Participated in preparing, negotiations and administrations of the contracts with vendors, estimating the early finishing dates for the scope of work and recommending contract change orders if needed.
• Participate in testing and commissioning the electro-mechanical systems in the building, check the executed works and their coincidence with the design and standard specifications, and examine those systems on over loads to ensure their efficiency on normal loads
• Handing over the different contractors scopes of work, inspecting the executed works and reporting the pending works. Subsequently verifying invoices for quantities and prices.
• Provide advice and consultation to other district personnel as regards facilities engineering matters, coordinates facilities engineering project activities with other district departments and divisions.
• Complete Monitoring & Control of the TAC Vista Schneider BMS System.
• Complete Monitoring & Control of the I/Net Schneider Access Control System.
• Leading the maintenance team to perform daily, weekly, monthly & yearly check lists to maintain the HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electric Systems.
• Leading the maintenance team to perform preventative & corrective maintenance to the previous systems.
• Reviewing projects MTO.
• Reviewing Design Drawings.
• Inspecting All the Related Materials and Equipment.
• Supervising the Installation and Commissioning of HVAC Equipment.
• Technical and Financial coordination between sub-suppliers and Head office.
• Responsible for the follow up and handling meetings with the consultant, the main contractor and other sub-contractors to discuss the project progress and its impact on project schedule in the project management plan.
Responsible for:
- Complete management and supervision on the team performing the specialty of the
company in the site.
- Direct participation in the activities of measurements and testing.
- Developing the result of the HVAC system’s testing.
