- Ensure all technical submittals are generated in time and, meet all contractual requirements and specifications, and approved by client/consultants before commencement of works.
- Resolve all disputes, conflicts and techno-commercial issues working with internal team, contractors, consultants & vendors.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of workshop drawings, materials, method statements and test certificates, as stipulated.
- Plan, develop applications, modifications for electronics properties used in components, products and systems to improve technical performance.
- Provide technical support and instructions to staff and customers regarding equipment standards, assisting with specific, difficult in- service engineering.

- Organizing to receive full contract documentation from the Design and Estimation Division and initiate the mobilization to the site.
- Studying and fully comprehend scope of works of the Project.
- Systematize to receive the contract/working program from the main contractor and initiate preparation of the sub-contractors working program giving proper guidance to the Planner and Project Engineers.
- Responsible for all routine correspondences of the Project.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of workshop drawings, materials, method statements and test certificates, as stipulated.
- Implementation all Engineer's instructions pursuant to its significance to the contract documents.
- Conduct regular site progress meetings and pay weekly visits to the site.
- Responsible for processing all variations and manpower/ material assessment of the project with adequate input from project engineers.

- Implementing the methods, the practical and methodological tools available for stimulating a more efficient, Competitive approach to preparation of the Detailed Engineering for Shahdol-Phulpur Gas Pipeline Project.
- Presenting the client with engineering activities and project management activities in accordance with corporate standards during various phases of the project execution life cycle.
- Execution of all Project management activities throughout the project life cycle phases i.e. Initialization, Structuring, Production, Control and close-out pertinent to Detailed Engineering for Shadol-Phlupur Gas Pipeline Project in line with corporate standards.
- Monitoring Progress and ensuring achievement of Project milestones in order to be in conjunction with economic and financial planning.
- Identification of all possible change orders, Promoting and exploiting the opportunities presented by the contract.
- Monitoring and Control the engineering deliverables flow in accordance with the project plan.
- 3D model Review in accordance with the pertinent P&ID, Plot Plan and all disciplines input, And coordination between various disciplines piping, civil, electrical and instrumentation for the preparation of underground composite layout.
- Monitoring and control the punch list in terms of identification the scope of work, punch categorization and the required action to close the same.
- Expedite the completion of all the As Built Drawings pending due to any engineering amendment incorporating any comments initiated by the company for Shah Gas Development Project package 2 & 3.
- Preparation of the engineering activities in the final close out report for Shah Gas Development Project package 2 & 3.

- Site inspection for the ongoing projects, inspecting Electrical works, attending project management meeting at site with sub-contractors.
- Review and evaluate technical submittals and the shop drawings proposed by the specialist sub-contractor.
- Leading team of engineers in order to deliver the project within the assigned time frame.
- Support the sub-contractor team and the Construction Team on a broad range of technical, organizational, and supervision matters necessary for the successful execution of construction activities on project sites.
- Monitor the work progress against the approved project plan and the look head schedules, Taking appropriate action in order to ensure the quality of work, delivery and process requirements.
- Implementation of various engineering techniques in order to obtain the best outcome within the assigned budget.
- Monitor and Control the installation of the various types of equipment pertained to the low voltage systems such as Panel Boards, Bus Duct, Generators, ATS, Synchronization Panel, MCCs, MDBs, Switchgears, Transformer&RMU.
- Monitor and Control the installation of the low current systems such as telecommunication (Passive/Active components) system, Public Address system, Fire Alarm System, IP CCTV, IP TV, Access Control, Digital signage System, Audio visual System&BMS System.
- Testing & commissioning process, preparing the required handing-over documents, rectify and complete snags before final handing over.

- Preparation of electrical shop drawings for low voltage as well as low current systems along with the relevant specifications.
- Coordinate with other project services and activities to avoid conflicts at an early stage of project schedule to professionally revolve any contradiction.
- Issuing the approval for all electrical items in accordance with international standards as well as specified manufacturer list.
- Drafting the clauses in accordance to the Parent company for sub-contract & electrical contractors; leading to effective business strategies.
- Certifying the Payments for the electrical sub-contractors based on the progress on site in the
Frame of the subcontract agreement.

- Assertion the value engineering in order to minimize the cost impact of electrical materials procurement.

- Site supervision for the ongoing projects, Supervising Electrical works attending project management meeting at site with client, main contractor& suppliers etc.
- Ensure that good engineering practice is followed in the preparation of Material and Shop Drawing Submittals.

- Following up with the different suppliers to obtain quotations, evaluate offers and prepare take-off material quantities and material requisitions comparative statements.
- Designing the Data Point Schedule (DPS) for the Building management System (BMS) in accordance with the specifications for all the MEP Equipment.
- Responsible for material/drawing submissions and obtain approvals as per the regulations of the relevant authorities and service providers like: DM, DEWA, Civil Defense, DU and Etisalat…etc.
- Preparing variation cost sheets based on site modification and client additional requirements subject to consultant approval.

- Responsible for medicine production line Machines.
- M/C’s trouble shooting.
- Arranging the required spare part(s) from the relevant equipment’s suppliers.
