Initial Concept, Planning, Detailed Design, Engineering and Commissioning of Distributed Control System
(DCS) for Power Plants. Responsible from the concept to commissioning & handover to customer
Factory Acceptance Tests with customer to check the Control System reliability and operability
Inspection and testing of cabinets at vendor sites
Conducting Customer training on Distributed Control Systems, preparation of training material, project
documentation and as-built documentation for customer
Providing technical training and supervision of sub-contractors before assignment for pre-commissioning
and commissioning activities
Major Projects handled are Engineering and Commissioning of DCS for Aban Power Company Limited, Tamil
Nadu, India; 120 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant, Total Project value 66 million €. Establishment of
Modbus Communication with External System such as GE Gas Turbine, RTU through PLCC using IEC
Protocol, Alan Bradley PLC
DCS I/O allocation and Engineering for Boiler and Balance of Plant of 445 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant,
Konaseema EPS Oakwell Power Limited, India. Total Project value 205 million €.
