Job Responsibilities as Sales & Marketing Expert:
• Identifying new patients and clients who could benefit from the company’s products, services, or therapy.
• Handling SFDA in accordance to register products in SFDA (MDMA) in GHAD system.
• Handling Tender Plus Medeval Portal, Product Registration, Quotation making, Filling Compliance sheets.
• Arranging appointments with doctors and key medical staff.
• Managing the introduction of new technologies into the sales process.
• Answering any customer objections in a clear and professional manner.
• Travelling throughout a territory to service existing clinical accounts.
• Presenting sales material to Executive-level management and senior decision makers.
• Implementing marketing initiatives.
• Following up on new leads and referrals.
• Calling on hospitals and physician offices to broaden the customer base.

Job Responsibilities in Coordination with the Management:
• Coordinating the sales team including managers by managing schedules.
• Filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Handle and Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform Clients of unforeseen delays and problems.
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

• Prospected on daily basis, cold calling from prospect list provided by Marketing and by researching possible new customers through internet research.
• Followed up with customers after the sale to resolve any issues and to explore "upselling" opportunities.
• Monitored market conditions for product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. Recorded and analyzed market data, with this information ultimately being used to develop new pricing tools and approaches.
• Actively followed up with customers after brochure and sample mailings, adding an additional sales effort layer. Also pursued customers that had received quotes but not acted on them, successfully closing the sales in over 25% of these follow-ups.
• Present and explain recommended products, benefits, features, and alternatives.
Evaluate the needs of each customer and provide solutions that are in alignment with their specific needs.
