• Manage HR projects from planning to implementation, and contribute in the development of HR systems.
• Participate in the yearly identification and prioritization of HR developmental projects.
• Research, analyze, and present findings and results relevant to HR best practices (employee satisfaction survey, absenteeism rate, salary structure, corporate culture, competency-based model, etc.).
• Develop formal plan for carrying out each assigned project using appropriate planning and project management methods.
• Update and handle documentation of job descriptions of the Fransabank SAL.
• Draft the HR policies and procedures Manual.
• Direct/execute assigned projects including data collection/design & development specifications/recommendations & implementations.
• Make oral presentations to HR staff concerning proposed projects and recommend appropriate actions.
• Adhere to management by objectives and handle project management and implementation.
• Prepare detailed written reports of project’s status & maintain proper documentation for each project.
• Prepare progress reports on ongoing projects (job description progress report, job evaluation project report, competency-based model, etc.).
• Remain up-to-date of the HR trends and suggest enhancements to the current HR systems and new projects.Prepare quarterly reports of ITRS to BDL.
• Administrate correspondants booklets of authorized signatures
