Develop and implement plans for the factory’s initial setup and its continuous running.Manage the plant’s daily operations, production and workforce (all departments) to ensure objectives, production targets and safety standards are met and maintain zero accidents at factory.Able to manage all the process of Upholstery production in the factory.Follow up on the production schedule to meet deadlines. Keep wastages and costs under strict control. Monitor overall factory performance for production, quality and safety standards.Control the factory cost, operating expenditures, and manpower
Collect cost information and maintain an expenditure database. Plan and record variable costs (e.g. raw material purchases and process costs). Review the standard and actual costs of the institution & Preparing budget reports (for the institution and for each department separately). Analyze and report profit margins for the organization.
Overseeing the production process and drawing up a production schedule.
Ensuring that the production is cost effective, also updating and improving whenever and wherever possible.
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;
Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;
Calculating and ensuring the availability of human and material resources needed.
Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment.
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
Maximise the factory’s performance, while minimising any delays to ensure we meet deadlines
Complete production planning phase and ensure everything is according to the plan set
Supervise and handle all the job orders within the set time and operating budget
Handle all the production team including job orders, work standards, processes flow, inspection reports.of required personnel from within the company.
Determine and assess the need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other involved parties.
Overseeing the entire process of designing and building interior spaces.
Work with clients to determine their needs and desires, then they use this information
to create a plan that meets those needs while also staying within budget.
responsible for managing the contractors who actually build out these spaces.
This includes scheduling them to ensure that projects stay on track and coordinating
with them directly to make sure everything is going smoothly.
Managing materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget

Reviewing bids from subcontractors to ensure they are reasonable in price and
scope of work offered
Working with architects to coordinate design details with construction plans
Preparing progress reports for clients on a regular basis throughout the duration
of the project.
Responsible for certification of subcontractor and supplier payments.
Responsible for authorization of work orders for site installation and project
commencement.
Assist in solving site related technical issues and challenges. (As deemed required)
Approval of the Supplier & Material Requisitions.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Where required, negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition
of required personnel from within the company.

Performing time and work studies for products determining the adequate labor - machine hours for each product.
Inspection of products for its quality, specification, geometry and quantity.
Follow up the manufacturing of new samples assuring that it coincides with specification and industry standards, and preparations of its cutting list and (BOM)
Follow up maintenance activities and machines status reporting to production manager. Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
