• Participate in preparing financial plans, budgets and feasibility studies for the required services and future plans;
• Receive and respond to customer service account inquiries on account balances, transaction;
• Open new accounts/Closing accounts;
• Inquiries for home, car and personal loans;
• Handling cash transactions and cash balancing;
• Overseas transfers;
• Set up periodical payment authorities on accounts;
• Promote bank products and services;
• Identify customer needs;
• Refer customers to appropriate banking services and representatives;

• Process all cash transactions taking place in the bank;
• Maintain accurate details of each transaction;
• Make precise entries into the banking system;
• Balance the currency, validate deposit slips, and issue negotiable instruments viz., draft issuances, promissory notes, traveler's checks, bills of exchange, etc.;
• Tally the full cash amount at the end of each day;
• Count the cash in ATMs and TAUs/ATS's and replenish them;
• Make reports and submit them to the bank manager;
• Help the customers to get through tedious banking processes;
• Guarantee security and safety of all bank and client assets via effective adherence of regular corporate and legal processes;
• Bring in new customers and open new accounts by advertising new services and boosting business referrals such as mortgages, insurances, loans, lending, etc.;
• Educate and provide practical training to new employees;
• Coordinate with cashiers, tellers, including other internal and external bank employees;
• Sustain good relations with the clients.

• Receive and count cash at the beginning and at the closing of shifts;
• Identify customers, validate, and cash checks;
• Receive cash and checks for slip deposit;
• Process cash and check withdrawals;
• Perform specialized tasks like preparing checks, personal money orders and exchanging foreign currency;
• Verify and receive loan and utility bill payments, as well as mortgage payments;
• Record all transactions correctly and in compliance with bank guidelines;
• Balance cash and check transactions at the closing of each shift;
• Answer inquiries relating to current and savings accounts, as well as on other bank related products;
• Open new accounts.
