Administer personnel files; leave management, time and attendance system in order to ensure appropriate
administration of HR related operations in accord with local labour laws and the regional and local HR
governance framework.
Administer HR Letters, Bank Letters, etc.
Manage Heath Insurance Contract in terms of addition, deletion, issuing medical cards, reports, etc.
Issuing new Access Card for employees and replacing damaged/loss Access cards for existing employees.
Company events arrangements.
Office Supplies & Stationery Administration
Handling Couriers logistics such as DHL, Aramex upon requirements and as requested.
Responsible of Company Purchasing Process and documentation.
Business Travel Arrangements & other logistics.
Assist HR function when needed and required such as payroll, training.
Act as receptionist and reception of guests and provide customer services to clients.
Administer documentation and archiving using company business continuity guidelines and tools.
Handle all office logistics such as stationary and kitchen utensils in terms of purchasing, stock management,
etc..
Responsible of Company Purchasing Process and documentation.
Act as receptionist and reception of guests and provide customer services to clients.
Handle company incoming calls and take appropriate messages.
Handle Company incoming & outgoing mail along with appropriate distribution to concerned departments.
Administer documentation and archiving using company business continuity guidelines and tools.
Handling Couriers logistics upon requirements and as requested.
Follow up on daily basis on office boy(s) & cleaning company employees in terms of attendance, vacations
performance and any other related matters.
Calculate business travel after employee return
Manage employee vacations and leave balance and follow up on a daily basis
Bring quotation of hotels
Arrangements for company events such as MedNet lunch.
Bring quotation for training of employees.
