• Review & Update the Credit Risk Policy, IFRS 9 policy, Stress Testing Policy, Procedures and Credit Risk Mitigants Policy in accordance with bank’s strategic plan.
• Review related policies to ensure that these policies are consistent with credit risk policy.
• Review the credit approval process.
• Analyzing credit risk of the Credit Portfolio based on (IFRS 9 Stages, Rating, Asset Classes, Customer Types, Industries, DPD Ranges, Products, ECL Ranges).
• Monitoring the credit concentration based on type of customers, Rating, industry, type of product, credit risk mitigation'sa.
• Supervising Stress Testing Process.
• Making Periodically Reports to CRO, GM, BoD, Albaraka Banking Group (ABG), (Jordan Islamic Bank is a part of ABG).
• Supervising on Expected Credit Risk Calculation (Moody’s ImpairmentCalc System), in accordance with IFRS 9 Instructions.
• Administrator of Internal Credit Rating System (Moody’s Risk Analyst).
• Make Training on Internal Credit Rating System to Business and Credit Departments.
