• Supporting Sharjah Police Enterprises IT infrastructure Network & leading the Communication Network department.
• Managing WAN connectivity using MPLS, VPLS and SD-WAN technologies with multiple sites.
• Managing & configuring Cisco Routers, switches, and Dell switches.
• Implementing Security policies using ACL and Firewall.
• Configuration Cisco and Dell switches, implementing both static and dynamic configurations, which encompass VLAN setups.
• Ensuring seamless and reliable connectivity from core switches using fiber optic links, facilitated by SPF modules.
• Management of user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs) within the organizational framework.

• Manage and maintain Data Centre Cooling system, UPS, Electricity backup and rack spacing and monitoring cooling system through sensor controller remotely.
• Manage SD-WAN with incorporate MPLS circuits as connections in its virtual overlays in different site offices by vManage, vSamrt, vBond and vEdges.
