- Analyze existing and potential markets to identify and secure business development opportunities.
- Prepare effective proposals, presentations, demonstrations and sales tool on business development opportunities for management.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Coordinate between Team Members including Architectural & MEP Teams for Material selection and application on site.
- Prepare inspections for work progress in relation to all trades.
- Execute Shop Drawings cohesive with site conditions.
- Preparing all sort of Transmittal (RFI, RFIA, MIR, MR, VOF & all material Submissions for Consultant).
- Attending Weekly & Technical meetings and handling the coordination.
- Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform drawing work tasked
- Coordinate and monitor shop drawing submission schedule.
- Familiar with program: Navis for checking the drawing.
- LOD Check, Quality Check, Interference check, Clash Detection.
- Extraction of project to schedules of quantities, Time Schedules, Area charts
- Presenting Project to the Client Together with the Senior Architect.
- Conduct full Coordination Between all Engineers Disciplines and Site Supervision.
- Handling the Design Progress from Conceptual Phase up to Construction phase
- Material Selection and site visits with Senior Architect & Owner.
- Interior & Exterior Construction drawings
Site visits to when needed for the proposed projects .
- Plans Development, Construction Drawings .
- Plans Presentations & Rendering .
- Ceiling Layout Design, Tiling Layout Design, ATM booth design.
