Policy and procedures:
Review; reformulate the policy, procedures, work process, manuals and employee handbook.
Building the recruitment criteria based on the previous job analyses, description, and specification identified
in the analyses phase while building the total reward management system and build my bank resources for
the recruitment inside and outside Kuwait.
Personnel and government formalities department:
Handling the department by all its routine work for personnel like (leaves, salaries, indemnities, employee
files, records system...etc.), and handling the government formalities for all the work related to government
starting from employee residency till corporate official paper for more than 100 employee.
Administration department:
