- Plan and Manage all financial strategies and their implementation both for the main office HQ and the Manufacture (over 50M $ in operations)

- Representing finance dept., I was appointed as a member of MOH team for applying SKGEP - sheik khalifa government excellence program standards.
- Representing finance dept., I was appointed as a member of MOH strategic planning team 2011-2013 & 2014-2016 plans & coordinator for finance dept. in the execution phase.
- Oracle financial system finance support team leader.
- Received appreciation from Ministry of Finance on my efforts as a member of the steering committee deploying Oracle Hyperion system within Federal Government of UAE, (Project Consultant is BCG, Project Manager KPMG).
- MOH was chosen as a pilot for the Zero-Based Budget Implementation Project in the Federal government, where I appointed to collaborate with BCG to develop the business model & train finance executives on the new ZBB budgeting approach.
- Member of "Reengineering Supervision Fees in Ministry of Health" committee that was assigned to collaborate with KPMG to revise the Supervision Fees compared with other health regulators in three countries.
- Conducting training workshops for MOH main employees presenting the annual budget roadmap.
Main Responsibilities:-
* Supervising the Preparation of Activity Based Budget tied to MOH strategic plan (over 3.2 Billion AED) including:
- Revenues Estimation
- Personnel Compensations Budget for over 10, 000 employees
- Operational expenditures for 15 hospitals, 68 Primary Health care centers, 6 districts & 2 headquarters.
- Capital & start up expenditures for new construction projects.
* Tracking budget execution through monthly & quarterly reports considering financial KPI’s & presenting it to the MOH high management, Prime Minister’s Office and Ministry of Finance.
* Supervising the preparation of monthly and annual closing entries for accounting periods and necessary reconciliations.
* Reporting Final Accounts Statements to the Ministry of Finance and State Audit Institute, then responding to their feedback on the report.
* Representing Ministry of Health, coordinating and following up the UAE federal financial system development (Oracle Financial) with professionals from IMF (International Monetary Fund), Deloite, KPMG and Ministry of Finance.
* Responsible for finance department strategy planning & performance.
Achievements:-
- Appointed as a member of "Reengineering healthcare services prices in Ministry of Health" committee that were assigned to benchmark MOH services price list compared to other healthcare services providers in the UAE.
- After completing necessary preparation, I was appointed to conduct training for finance department employees using the Oracle Financial systems.
- Received appreciation from HE Minister of Health, for planning, estimating and preparing the ministry Activity Based Budget 2008-2010 following the approval of Prime Minister’s Office and Ministry of Finance.
- Proudly appointed to administrate the programs & performance budget as a part of UAE Federal Financial System Development Project in Co-operation with Ministry of Finance & IMF Consultants.
- Appointed to conduct training workshops for finance dept. employees on the Programs & Performance budgeting approach & execution procedures.
- Designed & applied new Excel worksheets to automatically analyze & summarize the department financial statements & analysis reports.

* Tracking budget implementation through monthly & quarterly reports including KPI’s & presenting it to the Prime Minister’s Office and Ministry of Finance.

* Preparing Payment, Journal & closing entries for the medical items accounts, LC’s in addition to some Assets & current expenses accounts.

* Administrating Win NT4.0 Server Based Network.
* Preparing & Submitting the Materials, Drawings & Sketches Submittals/Transmittals to the Consultants.
* Registering the Submittals & Transmittals in an e-log Files and Reporting Submittals Status for the Project Manager Use.
