Market headhunting and candidate mapping.
Contact talent agencies and inform them about the requirements
Collation of CVs and forward it to respective department for short listing.
Arrange series of schedule on their interviews as per confirmation by department
Follow up the feedback on the candidate interview conducted and inform the agency as well.
Follow up with the department on the selected candidate evaluation form.
Make sure that Evaluation Form is fully filled, correctly done and authorized approval /signature received.

Responsible for managing training investment.
Evaluate effectiveness of training interventions and identify opportunities for continual people development.
Responsible for raising (PR) Purchase requisition through SAP for General HR requirements and training needs.
Creating Salary Certificates and NOC.
Printing reports of attendance of each department.
Knowledge and proficiency of using Gartner Biometric machine for attendance, Enrolling, Editing, adding employee ID cards and reports printing.
Troubleshooting/ employee Gartner accounts/Finger print trouble shoot in the Gartner system.
