Feb 2024- present:
Attaché project ( entertainment project ) located in the diplomatic quarter - Riyadh
the scope included renewing the existing heritage buildings in AL Agar Equestrian - Diplomatic quarter ( unstable and lounge & VIP building) to obtain a modern aspect inspired by the statue of existing heritage buildings
the project included also ( landscape-parking-accommodation buildings) 160 million SR
Jan 2023 -Feb 2024:
Ministry of tourism head quarter renovation project (design and build ) in diplomatic quarter in Riyadh with total area 46000 m2 in addition to 11000 m2 landscape …. with total value 125 million SR my role:
• lead and facilitate the redesign activities with the assigned designer ( ADE for buildings & Desert ink for landscape, brick lab for heritage buildings design, spectrum, RBG for buildings strengthen) and the third party ( DLE ) as well which suppose to achieve the client requirement within the budget and approved schedule
• Elaborate the organizational Chart and assign the project team
• Acquire the demanded resources ( vendors & subcontractors)
• Monitor and control the progress. budget . variations orders and communicate it to the general manager

The project (J01) included 5 parcels at (KAFD) In Riyadh with total value 1.2 billion SR.....my rule is the follow:
• leading the project transition phase from SAUDICO to BAYTUR
My permanent position became Project manager (Parcel504) with following :
• Leading all construction activities of project.
• communicate progress reports to top management, and update the planning department
• Follow up with Procurement department regarding the parcel requirements, long lead items, subcontractors assignment and Asset the related Strategy with the top management.
•Contribute with the QS department to attain the invoices .commercial issues and managing variation orders.
• Ensuring HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) procedures to be implemented on site

The project (J01) included 5 parcels at (KAFD) In Riyadh with total value 1.2 billion SR..... as a construction manager for Parcel 504 my rule was the follow:
Construction management and site supervision of construction for parcel 504
The overall works consist of:
• Assign the parcel team by individual interviews....and elaborate the parcel organizational
chart.
• implement the dilapidation Survey and elaborate the parcel B.O.Q accordingly.
• contribute with the other project department to finalize the basic preliminaries
documents. ( drawings, material submittals, activities tracker, progress summary, creating
method statements …etc...)
• Ensuring HSE (health, safety and environment) work activities are in accordance with the
approved method of statements and risk assessment.

the project was ( Neom - phase 1)...include 70000 m2 utilities buildings with total value 1.1 billion SR ( rush project )
I was Zone2 manager with overall role:
• Leading and managing the construction team.
• Daily tracking the acquired resources ( Materials, Equipment, subcontractors, etc...)
• coordinating with top management about progress and priorities.
• periodic meeting with the client to assess the progress against the planned, key issues, variations etc…

Alsahda is a construction EST active in both private and government sector - medium and small scale projects ...based in Riyadh....my role as a senior projects manager was:
• Monitor and control the site progress
• Review and approve the monthly invoices .
• Keep the CEO updated with the project
progress through weekly and monthly reports.
• Following up the client and consultant

During this time we had a major project in Prince Sultan Airbase in Al-kharj (commandos training center - design and build ) With total value 90 million SR this project included many unique facilities such as (Trainasuim line, multi-function commando tower, Diving pool, weapon store, dry fire range, live fire range…..etc.)
My role was:
• Coordinate with the military experts ( Nitor group ) and the engineering designer to convert the military concept design into feasible and applicable engineering design.
• acquire and allocate the project subcontractor, suppliers, vendors...etc.
• coordinating with the client to meet the project objective within the budget and schedule...

Our scope include government school construction:
• Managing the project site activities and resources
• Coordinating with the sponsor representative
• Preparing and review quantities, and issuing invoices and material orders.
I constructed two schools pattern 2/28:
-Alkhandak primary school at Qurraiat
-Alimam alghazali school at Riyadh

Supervising of municipality projects
