➢ Site inspections and efficient load estimation
• Ducting system and ventilation
➢ Design against manufacturer restrictions (back pressure), Back draft and fire dampers selection
• Piping systems (fuel and gas) design
➢ Exhaust system design to achieve required exhaust gas flow taking into consideration product limiting criteria.
➢ Fuel piping systems covering all necessary fittings and accessories to meet consultant’s requirements
• Ats and Synchronization systems control
➢ Single line diagram drawings, knowledge in Control system components and functionality, Cable sizing, control panels (DSE)
• Tendering & BOQ preparation
➢ Project estimation (tender projects).
• Projects execution, management and follow-up.
➢ Re-measuring quantities, quality assurance, design modifications
• Acoustics, air and structure born insulation design
➢ Design to achieve required sound level in acoustically insulated rooms
•Home and Office Furniture wholesale
• Fabricating new items as per requests
• Accomplishing Import and Export paper needs
• Managing the existing stock situation
• Filling up quotations and BOQ’s
• Supervising on the sales team in showrooms
